Rep. Butler, Sen. Brady to Host Senior Citizen Health Fair July 9

State Rep. Tim Butler and State Sen. Bill Brady are collaborating to host a health fair for local seniors on July 9.

SPRINGFIELD – State Representative Tim Butler (R-Springfield) and State Senator Bill Brady (R-Bloomington) are collaborating to host a health fair for local seniors on July 9. The free event will take place from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Oasis Senior Center in Lincoln.

Join the legislators and professionals to learn about alternative ways to lead a happier and healthier life. Free health screenings and testing will be available. A variety of vendors will be on hand to discuss programs that benefit seniors and legislative brochures will be available. The Lincoln Police Department will also be on hand to collect unused or expired prescriptions.

In addition to free admission, the fair will include free refreshments and door prizes. Non-senior family members and caregivers are also welcome to attend to collect information.
