SPRINGFIELD – Earlier this week on the House floor, State Representative Mike Murphy (R-Springfield) presented House Resolution 73 to honor the memory and service of former Illinois House Clerk, dedicated public servant and local historian Anthony “Tony” J. Leone, Jr.
