6 Dogs Rescued From Tinley Park House Fire

Firefighters shut down 167th Street between Oak Park and Central avenues Tuesday night to battle the blaze.

TINLEY PARK, IL — Six dogs were rescued from a house fire Tuesday night in Tinley Park, Northern Illinois FireGround Alerts reports. The dogs were breathing and conscious, according to an online post.

The fire happened in the 6200 block of 167th Street. Firefighters shut down the road between Oak Park and Central avenues while they battled the blaze.

It's unclear if any people were hurt or rescued from the fire.
