Angelo's Fresh Market Celebrates Anniversary with Slew of Specials
The Flossmoor location will mark its first year in business, with specials at both the Flossmoor and Tinley Park stores.
Locally owned Angelo’s Fresh Market's Flossmoor location will celebrate its one-year anniversary this week.
Both locations—1044 Sterling Ave. in Flossmoor and 7150 183rd St. in Tinley Park—will offer 10 percent off the entire store sale starting July 7, and ending on Sunday, July 13 with additional specials, cooking demonstrations and samples.
Owner Carla Bolin has enjoyed a career in the Italian restaurant world and partner Bryan Oedzes has been in the meat industry his whole life. Their motto is "give us 10 minutes and we’ll show you the world."

If you haven't heard of Angelo's, you're in for a treat.
Their fresh-cut meat is served in restaurants across the country, said President Carla Bolin. The market features homemade stuffed pastas and sauces, and the only USDA prime grade, dry aged meat case in the Chicagoland area, including Dutch Valley milk fed veal, Duroc pork and Bell and Evans chicken. Other meats include steak burgers, specialty shop sausage, and grass-fed filets and burgers.
The store also offers artisan cheeses and breads, olive oils (garlic, basil, lemon, four pepper), balsamics (chocolate, fig, spicy strawberry, etc.), homemade Italian desserts and 14 gourmet sandwiches. And be sure to try other crowd favorites: braised short rib, homemade pastas, and bone-in rib eye.
