Judge Stops Train to Catch Perp Who Tried to Flee Drug Test
The man was on probation for heroin-related charges.

TINLEY PARK, IL — A Will County judge on Friday encountered a perp who ducked out of a court hearing knowing he'd test positive for drugs, and hooked him right back where he started.
Judge Daniel Rozak issued a warrant for failure to appear. He then tracked down the train Calvin Jeffers, 39, of Chicago, would be taking home and ordered it stopped in Tinley Park. Jeffers, who was on probation for heroin-related charges, was met by police waiting to take him back into custody.
Tinley police arrested him and back to county he went, a source told Patch.
