WHAT: Spartan Stadium Series Sprint at Toyota Park. Scheduled race day is Saturday, October 20, 2018, with two “waves” of activity being one in the morning and one in the afternoon. No matter if you’re an elite athlete looking for explosive competition, or a first-time racer looking to break into the world of Spartan racing, the Spartan Stadium Series is a unique opportunity to run in some of the most iconic sports stadiums in the world. strength and agility as they climb steep stairs, race down narrow concourses with sharp turns, face tall walls, rope climbs, monkey bars and more.
This is the first Spartan ® Race being held in a soccer stadium having previously raced in stadiums like Fenway Park of Boston, MA; Lambeau Field of Green Bay, WI; Dodgers Stadium of Los Angeles, CA just to name a few. Boasting more than 200 events in over 30 countries this is a major event for the Chicago Southland. Their fueling theme is “run where the pros play,” and their filling Toyota Park with 3,400+ racers the day of the event.
