Tinley Park HS Girls Cross Country Coach Resigns Abruptly
Bob Reiser has left the school and the district, effective Thursday, Nov. 3.

TINLEY PARK, IL — An assistant coach for Tinley Park High School girls cross country has resigned, administrators said Thursday.
Bob Reiser submitted his letter of resignation to the district, effective immediately, said Bremen High School District 228 Superintendent Bill Kendall in an email statement.
No explanation was offered regarding Reiser's sudden departure. His name has been removed from the school website. He started with the district in 2007.

"I do not believe that it is appropriate for me to speculate regarding the employee’s reasons for choosing this course of action," Kendall said. "I can assure you that any concerns or issues regarding our staff which are brought to the attention of the District are handled promptly and professionally with a mindful eye to providing a safe and comfortable learning environment for all of our students."
