Tinley Park Holds 9-11 Remembrance Ceremony Wednesday

A remembrance for 9-11 emergency responders will be held in Tinley Park Wednesday at 7:30 a.m. near mounted World Trade Center beam.

TINLEY PARK, IL — The Village of Tinley Park will host a short remembrance ceremony to honor the emergency responders who died in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the United States.

The ceremony will take place on the north side of Fire Station 46, directly adjacent to the mounted World Trade Center beam, at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 11., on the north side of Fire Station 46, directly adjacent to the mounted World Trade Center beam. Fire Station 46 is located at 17355 S. 68th Court in Tinley Park.
