Every year many families from Tinley Park go to the Tinley Park Food Pantry for assistance. The Tinley Park Lions Club has assisted the Food Pantry for many years with both food and monetary donations. At this time of year, the Tinley Park Lions Club also collects toys for the pantry, for those in need. This year, we are looking for assistance from the community to help this wonderful organization fulfill its needs.

On December 12th, from 9 am until 12 pm the Tinley Park Lions Club will host a Drive Through Toy and Food collection. The location is at United Methodist Church at 6875 173rd Place in Tinley Park. We will be collecting new unwrapped toys for children of all ages and non-perishable food items at this event.

The Lions will also be accepting their normal donation items at the event. This includes: eye glasses, used hearing aids and batteries, old cell phones, keys, and pop tabs.
