Dance Team Looking for Another State Title Win The Year

This year, the Tinley Park High School Dance team received a wonderful and well-deserved surprise - a brand new dance studio to practice in. Needless to say, the team is putting the space to good use as they practice and look forward to another successful season.

Their goal? Another State Championship win.

The Titans kicked off their season in mid-November at local Andrew High School where they came out victorious with a third place win. Since, the Titans have been hard at work and showing the community that yes, hard work does indeed pay off.

On December 7th at Batavia High School, the Titans took home a well-deserved first place win. Then, they did it again at their next competition on January 11th at Lockport Township High School.

It's safe to say that the Tinley Park High School Dance Team isn't messing around this winter as they have their eye on the prize for that state title.

Anyone looking to cheer on the Titans should hustle as there are only two competitions left in the season!

On Saturday, January 18th, the Titans will compete at Conference hosted by Evergreen Park High School. Performances begin at 9:00 a.m.

If the Titans do well at Conference, they are predicted to head to Sectionals on Saturday, January 25th at Geneva High School. The time of this competition is currently TBD so stay tuned!
