VERNON HILL, IL —Leonard Floyd, an outside linebacker for the Chicago Bears, has listed his Vernon Hills home for $565,000, the Chicago Tribune is reporting. He is looking to sell the four-bedroom, 2,896-square-foot home, which he purchased in February 2018, after buying a four-bedroom house with 3,666 square feet just a couple blocks away for $650,000 earlier this year.
The home on Saint Andrew Drive, which Floyd listed on Oct. 15, has all new hardwood floors, a finished basement and kitchen, according to the realtor.com listing. There is a two-story family room and a floor-to-ceiling stacked stone fireplace. The kitchen has white cabinets, quartz counters, a marble blacksplash, and a sliding glass doors out to the deck. There is a full finished basement with a huge recreation room, theater room and media room and the master suite, which is located on the first floor, has vaulted ceilings and a master bathroom with double sinks, quartz counters and a jacuzzi tub.
Floyd was drafted in 2016 and the Bears recently picked up his fifth-year option. The 27-year-old is expected to make a base salary of $13.2 million in 2020, according to the Chicago Tribune.
