Vernon Hills Market Trends for December 2016

Vernon Hills home sales for the month of December rose in volume by 94.7% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 19.8% from $300,000 to $240,750. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 62.5%, while the median sale price decreased by 21.4% from $451,500 to $355,000. Condo/townhome sales rose by 118.2%, while the median sale price rose by 9.4% from $155,000 to $169,500.
