Vernon Hills home sales for the month of January decreased in volume by 60.5% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 32.6% from $264,000 to $350,000. The number of Single Family homes sales decreased by 40%, while the median sale price rose by 12.3% from $325,000 to $365,000. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 73.9%, while the median sale price rose by 24.4% from $139,900 to $174,000.
