Vernon Hills home sales for the month of October rose in volume by 21.4% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 4.6% from $255,100 to $243,250. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 10%, while the median sale price rose by 41.1% from $282,500 to $398,500. Condo/townhome sales rose by 27.8%, while the median sale price decreased by 8.2% from $161,250 to $148,000.
