Vernon Hills Market Trends for September 2016

Vernon Hills home sales for the month of September rose in volume by 5% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 1.8% from $255,950 to $260,500. The number of Single Family homes sales decreased by 22.2%, while the median sale price rose by 33.5% from $336,250 to $448,750. Condo/townhome sales rose by 27.3%, while the median sale price rose by 0.1% from $172,250 to $172,500.
