City Offering Gift Cards For 311 Testing In Uptown
This Thursday, the city will be conducting 311 tests in Uptown — residents who participate will receive $20 gift cards.

CHICAGO — The City of Chicago is seeking early testers of its upgraded 311 Customer Relationship Management system. The city's Department of Innovation & Technology and OEMC/311 have announced that the new 311 system will go live in December.
The new system will have new features and functions and will even look different, the city said. Tests have been conducted throughout the city over the past month.
The city is offering $20 Amazon and PayPal gift cards to residents who sign up to test the new system in Uptown Thursday.

When: Thursday, Nov. 29, 1 - 2 p.m., 3 - 4 p.m. or 5 - 6 p.m.
