Puppy In Need Of A Foster Home During Recovery

CHICAGO — PAWS Chicago is seeking a foster home for a 3-month-old puppy who is recovering from a front limb deformity. Aubrey, a Labrador-retriever-terrier mix, is currently being held at the PAWS Medical Center, 3516 W. 26th Street.

Aubrey needs a foster home while she is treated for a fungal infection and waiting on her spay/neuter surgery. She needs a foster family who can regularly exercise her, PAWS said.

Aubrey needs a Core Foster home. If you've had a pet or fostered before, you have all the skills you need, PAWS said.

New fosters can take the first step by learning about fostering and completing the Foster Care Application. Veteran foster parents can email foster@pawschicago.org to schedule a pickup appointment.
