Signal Failure Halts Trains At Union Station
Trains can't enter or exit the station, Metra said.

CHICAGO — Metra warned travelers Thursday morning that a "signal system error" has stopped trains from entering or leaving Union Station. Service has been affected on the Milwaukee North and West, South West Service, North Central Service and BNSF Railway lines, Metra said.
“Signal Maintainers are working to correct this issue," Metra tweeted. "Updates will be provided.”
Some trains were delayed by up to 45 minutes, according to Metra's website.
