Small Business Expo To Be Held On West Side
"The goal is to build a healthy business climate and create jobs for West Side residents," organizers said.

CHICAGO — A pop-up and expo will be held this weekend on the West Side to celebrate Small Business Saturday. Hosted by the West Side Forward and Bethel New Life organizations, the event will be held in the Austin neighborhood at the Bethel New Life Campus, 4950 W. Thomas.
Local businesses will vend, while other aspiring entrepreneurs can take advantage of business-focused workshops and activities, organizers said. Featured activities include de-stressing and technology tips.
CIBC business hack workshops — which will focus on finding cash and customers — will also be offered at the event.

West Side Forward’s Business Development programs are structured to support West Side businesses from start-up through growth phases. The goal is to build a healthy business climate and create jobs for West Side residents, the organization said.
