Wheaton Market Trends for May 2016

Wheaton home sales for the month of May rose in volume by 10.1% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 2.6% from $321,500 to $313,000. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 17%, while the median sale price rose by 2.9% from $350,000 to $360,000. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 3.8%, while the median sale price decreased by 16% from $190,500 to $160,000.
