Wheaton home sales for the month of October decreased in volume by 1.6% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 11.8% from $300,000 to $264,500. The number of Single Family homes sales decreased by 15.2%, while the median sale price decreased by 9.8% from $382,450 to $345,000. Condo/townhome sales rose by 35.3%, while the median sale price rose by 20.8% from $149,000 to $180,000.
