Couple Ditches Wilmette Home to Join Disney Channel Star Son in L.A.

WILMETTE, IL - The parents of Disney Channel star Kevin Quinn, who plays Xander on the series Bunk’d, have sold their Wilmette home for less than $2 million in order to join their son in Los Angeles.

Brian and Tamara Quinn officially sold the 1920s Mediterranean-style home on Chestnut Street for just over $1.9 million last week, according to Crain’s Chicago.

The Chestnut Street home is on four-fifths of an acre, has five bedrooms and an “ornate Spanish-style crest over the front door,” according to Crain’s. There are wood beams in the living room ceiling and the family room includes stone walls.
