Lakefront Wilmette Home Sells for $7 Million
It was the second transaction in less than a year for the 14-room residence.
WILMETTE, IL - A New Year’s Eve real estate deal was the second $7 million transaction for a lakefront home in Wilmette in 2015.
The two-story, 4,934 square-foot home sold for $7 million to an unknown buyer, the Wilmette Life reports.
The 14-room house that takes up about 60 percent of an acre was previously sold for $7 million in March, to an estate in which the beneficiary could not be determined. The house was not publicly listed until Dec. 31, when it had been listed as sold for the same $7 million it went for nine months earlier.
