Sears Exec Moves From Kenilworth to Winnetka
Paul Hayward lost nearly $1 million on the Kenilworth mansion he owned for nine years.

WINNETKA, IL - Sears Holdings’ chief content integration officer moved from a mansion in Kenilworth to an even larger one up the road in Winnetka.
Paul Hayward and his wife, Catherine paid $3.3 million for the six-bedroom, 8,000-square foot home near Lake Michigan and Centennial Park on Jan. 29, according to Chicago Tribune Elite Street reports.
The Haywards sold a six-bedroom mansion in Kenilworth two days earlier for $2.925 million, significantly less than the $3.8 million they paid for it nine years ago.

The Winnetka home has eight baths and is highlighted by four fireplaces, a two-story family room and a banquet-sized dining room. A pool and cabana are located outside.
