Sheridan Road Home Hits Market At $6.3 Million
That makes nine village homes with prices of more than $5 million.
The village of Winnetka now has nine homes on the market with asking prices of $5 million or more as another Sheridan Road mansion was put on the market this week.
An 11,000-square-foot home with 100 feet of beach is listed for just under $6.3 million, according to Crain’s Chicago.
Greg Silich, CEO of Chicago-based QUEsocial, and his wife, Martha have owned the five bedroom, six bath home since 2007 - when it was bought for $6.5 million.

The listing shows “a hanging staircase wrapped ornately in wrought iron, a barrel-vaulted ceiling in the living room, three limestone fireplaces and a soaking tub in the master bath with a view out to Lake Michigan,” according to Crain’s.
