One of the priciest home sales since the housing bust of 2008, a mansion on Lake Michigan in Wilmette recently sold for $6.2 million.
Chicago Real Estate Daily reports the Michigan Avenue home that sits on about 1.3 acres received “multiple bids,” upping the price from its original listing of just under $6 million.
