Downtown Winnetka Retail Building Sold
The building in the 500 block of Lincoln Ave. was sold for $1.5 million.
The retail building at 563-571 Lincoln Ave. in downtown Winnetka has switched hands.
Chicago Commercial has brokered the $1.5 million sale of the 7,800-square-foot building recently sold by Bertha Turner TN4 LLC to Edgewood Real Estate Investment II LLC, according to Real Estate Business Online.
The building features six storefronts and includes tenants such as apparel retailers J. McLaughlin and Sara Campbell, a local real estate office and two local antique dealers.
