The fired Bears coach recently made a profit when he sold his mansion in nearby Winnetka.

Even after unloading his Winnetka mansion for $3.35 million last month, former Chicago Bears head coach isn’t ready to sever his ties to Chicagoland, or the North Shore, just yet.

The 59-year-old recently paid $625,000 for a three-bedroom, 2,000-square-foot brick town house in Glencoe, according to the Chicago Tribune.

The remodeled home has hardwood floors, French door, a finished basement and stainless steel appliances.
Trestman’s sale of the six-bedroom, 5,200-square-foot home in Winnetka last month earned him a profit, since he purchased the home two years prior for $2.9 million.

It appears the coach, who is now offensive coordinator of the Baltimore Ravens after being fired by the Bears in December after two seasons as head coach, found another good deal in Glencoe. The unit had been listed for $649,000.
