Former Kellogg Estate Drops to Nearly Half Its Asking Price

The Winnetka Mediterranean-style manse is on the market for $5.95 million.

Winnetka’s former Kellogg estate is now listed at nearly half its original asking price, according to an article in Curbed Chicago.

The sprawling, Mediterranean-style mansion was originally listed last year for $9.9 million, Curbed reports. The price tag has dropped several times to its current $5.95 million.

The eight bedroom, seven bath, 18,000-square-foot home was built in 1921 and sits on nearly three acres, according to its listing on Zillow.
