Property records indicate the home was sold to a pair of documentary filmmakers for $752,000 in January 2018 after hitting the market last September for just under $800,000 and going under contract in mid-November. It had previously been purchased in 2005 for $790,000, and the Cook County assessor's office estimates its 2018 market value at just over $791,000.

According to the Glencoe Historical Society, only five homes were ever built in Ravine Bluffs, which had been intended to include 25 Wright-designed customizable homes with Jens Jensen landscaping, a private train station, and a bridge over a nearby ravine to the adjoining parks and golf courses. The homes were all similar to the "Fireproof House for $5000" design, published by Wright in Ladies Home Journal in April 1907.

Another home in the subdivision – a cottage where the Booth family lived while their house was under construction – was listed last fall but has since been withdrawn from the market.
