Frank Lloyd Wright Home in Need of Some TLC Listed at Under $1M

Highland Park’s George Madison Millard House is on the market for $849,000, a reduction from its original listing price of $1.399 million in 2011, Curbed Chicago reports.

The home, which is on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places, needs some serious work — possibly hundreds of thousands of dollars of work, the article says.

The four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home was built in 1906, according to its listing on Zillow. It has two fireplaces and 68 art glass windows.
