JCPenney Exec Tries to Sell Winnetka Home

The marketing leader of JCPenney has listed her Winnetka home.

Mary Beth West, who had previously led the marketing departments at Kraft and Mondelez - one of the world’s largest snack companies - listed the 5,800-square-foot home on Willow Road for just under $3.2 million, about $300,000 less than what she and her husband paid for it in 2008 according to Crain’s.

“It’s a corporate relocation deal. They won’t lose the money,” said Milena Birov, the @properties agent who represents the house.

The house was first listed in August for $3.47 million. It sits on one-third of an acre, has six bedrooms and six full baths and a hanging staircase and home theater.
