Jennifer Pritzker Adds Winnetka Mansion

Jennifer Pritzker recently paid $2.77 million for a six-bedroom mansion in Winnetka.

The billionaire who is part of the family behind Hyatt Hotels bought the Colonial-style home through a limited-liability company she created in June, according to the Chicago Tribune and other reports.

The home, which sits on a golf course and has an indoor spa and pool, elevator and wine vault, was previously listed for $3.675 million.

Pritzker, formerly James Pritzker, has spent more than $75 million on Chicago-area real estate over the last 10 years.
