A Winnetka mansion overlooking Lake Michigan was sold for nearly $3.8 million, Chicago Real Estate Daily reports.
The property was sold by F. Scott Ball, president and chief operating officer at Starwood Retail Properties. The five-bedroom, five-bathroom home on Sheridan Road was sold to a trust, of which the identity could not be determined.
