Landmark Mansion Sells for Nearly $2.5 Mil
Bryant Avenue home had been recently renovated, given landmark designation.

A Tudor mansion in Winnetka which had gained landmark status in recent years sold for $2.45 million.
Chicago Real Estate Daily reports the 7,500-square-foot mansion with five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms on Bryant Avenue was recently purchased by Christine S. Quinn and her husband Thomas J. Quinn from Peter and Lisa Beebe, who paid $1.5 million for the property in 2001.
The Beebe family had the home, built in 1905, designated landmark status during their ownership. Peter Beebe told Chicago Real Estate Daily he spent more than $1 million renovating the house - which included finishing the basement, putting in new electrical and plumbing systems and building an attached garage.
