Luxurious Lakefront Estate in Glencoe Sells for $8.5 Million
The sale marked the fourth largest of the year in Chicagoland.
GLENCOE, IL - A giant lakefront beauty in Glencoe sold for $8.5 million last month, making it the fourth highest sale in the Chicago area this year.
The Maple Hill Road home with more than 320 feet of Lake Michigan shoreline was sold by Avy and Marcie Stein on Nov. 18, according to a Crain’s Chicago report. The home was originally placed on the market for $15 million last year.
The blufftop estate is set on more than two acres and has common North Shore amenities like a swimming pool, putting green and indoor basketball court.
