Sheridan Road Mansion Sold For $5.5 Million
It took a pair of price reductions to unload the home built just before the turn of the century.
WINNETKA, IL - A Sheridan Road mansion sold last month to a Lake Forest-based liability company for $5.55 million, Chicago Tribune’s Elite Street reports.
The 1999-built home was purchased by QUESocial CEO Greg Silich in 2007 for $6.5 million and was listed in 2014 for nearly $7 million before two price reductions.
The residence is two stories, has 6.5 baths and includes features like a sunroom, library, home theater and four fireplaces.
