Winnetka Mansion Becomes Chicagoland's 1st Big Home Sale of 2017
A home in Indian Hill Club was unloaded for more than $4.5 million the first week of the year.
WINNETKA, IL - A Winnetka mansion became the first Chicago-area home to sell at an upper-bracket price, according to a report from Crain’s Chicago.
The home on Indian Hill Road in the Indian Hill Club golf-course community was sold for $4.9, which is less than what it sold for the last time it changed hands in 2001.
Amenities at the home include a swimming pool and formal fountain.
