Winnetka Mansion Sells for $2.2 Million

Financial adviser Thomas McBreen and his wife, Kate, bought a 1920s-era Winnetka mansion near Indian Hill Club, according to Chicago Real Estate Daily.

The purchase was made last month from sellers Lisa and Gerald Maatman for $2.2 million. McBreen is a financial adviser for Northwestern Mutual.

The home, built in 1927, features a pool, putting green and views of the nearby Indian Hill golf course.
