Comcast To Waive Charges, Late Fees For Illinois Tornado Victims

WOORIDGE, IL — Comcast will suspend billing and waive late fees for Woodridge and Naperville customers who were impacted by Sunday's F3 tornado, officials announced in a news release Tuesday.

- Suspend billing and place accounts on hold for customers as they repair damage and return to their homes
- Waive late fees and early termination fees
- Waive charges for equipment damaged in the storm
- Not terminate past due accounts for tornado victims

As of June 22, Comcast has set up its Xfinity WiFi van at St. Scholastica School at 7720 Janes Ave. to give residents internet access.
