Downers Grove Halloween Fun Fair Kicks Off Thursday
The event will take place from 5-7 p.m. Thursday at Downers Grove South's Fieldhouse.
The main event might be next Monday, but Halloween is practically a month-long event in the suburbs. Downers Grove South High School is hosting its third annual Halloween Fun Fair Thursday, and all families are welcome.
The free event will take place at the Downers Grove South Fieldhouse at 1436 Norfolk St. and will be brimming with activities that accommodate kids in preschool through fifth grade.
There will be arts and crafts, a bouncy house, music, pumpkin painting, trick-or-treating and more from 5 p.m. through 7 p.m. South High students will participate, too, through dressing up, playing games and handing out treats to the younger kids.
