Fleeing Shoplifting Suspects Crash Into Cop Car: Woodridge PD

WOODRIDGE, IL -- Two suspects are in custody and three are still at large after police say they shoplifted items from a store and then crashed into an unoccupied Woodridge cop car while fleeing early Tuesday. The incident started with a report of a shoplifting in progress at the Kohl's located at 1001 75th St., according to a news release.

Police say the suspects began to flee as they got to the scene. After crashing into the parked police car, two of the suspects were taken into custody in a residential area not far from the scene.
