Jefferson wrestlers have impressive showing at state

Recently ​completed most successful season in program history​

The Thomas Jefferson Junior High (Woodridge School District 68) wrestling team just completed its most successful season in program history. They were conference champs, regional and sectional runner ups, had a 19-3 dual meet record, ended the season 5th in the IESA state tournament, and had five wrestlers place at state. Keandre Miles and Josh Miller were 1 match away from placing, Donavin Fulce-Noah and Joe Chiarelli placed 4th, Luke Swan and Hamzah Sayyed placed 2nd, and Ben Bielawski won the state tournament. Ben is the 3rd state champion to come out of Jefferson.
