Kids Can Fly Kites, See Trucks At Motion Explosion In Woodridge
The event combines Touch-a-Truck with Woodridge's annual kite flying festivities.

WOODRIDGE, IL — Kites will be soaring and fire engines will be gleaming at Cypress Cove for Woodridge's Motion Explosion on May 4. The family-oriented event runs from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and includes such fun activities as flying a kite, climbing into a police car, and snapping pics with other big trucks.
Guests are encouraged to bring along snacks and a blanket for a picnic or to buy food that will be available for purchase at Motion Explosion. Touch-a-Truck will give kids the chance to see the inner workings of emergency vehicles and kite flying will be available at the event, so be sure to bring your most colorful kite.
