Memorial Day Weekend Weather: Warm with Chance of Showers

Temperatures Saturday could be a couple degrees warmer than Friday, with mid to upper 70s for most areas away from Lake Michigan, according to the National Weather Service.

Mild conditions are expected to continue Saturday night. Overnight lows may only fall into the mid-to-upper 50s. Saturday and Saturday afternoon may see steadily increasing cloud cover.

A 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms is forecast for Sunday, with Sunday night temperatures in the mid-to-upper 60s, NWS reported. Chances for rain showers and maybe a thunderstorm will continue through Memorial Day. Dryer conditions may develop Monday afternoon.
