Once Again, Santa And Mrs. Claus Come To Woodridge

They arrived via a Police vehicle chauffeured by the Woodridge Chief of Police

Nearly 200 children and their parents, family and friends witnessed the arrival of Santa and Mrs. Claus on Saturday morning December 2nd. In the past Santa has arrived by Helicopter and Fire Truck. This year he and Mrs. Claus arrived in a Police cruiser driven by the Woodridge Chief of Police. The waiting crowd welcomed their arrival with cheers of joy. The Woodridge Special Events Committee hosted the event at the Activity Center of St. Scholastica Parish. Each child was able to visit with Santa and share their "Christmas Wish List". The children were all treated to free gift bags and were able to make crafts to take home.
