Forgery

A man at about 8:02 p.m. purchased food with a counterfeit bill at a restaurant on the 8200 block of Janes Avenue.

Retail Theft

Evelyn Siaskiewicz, 21, of the 4800 block of South Knox, Chicago, was charged at about 3:21 p.m. with retail theft after removing an item of jewelry from a store on the 1000 block of 75th Street.

TUESDAY, APRIL 2

Sign Damaged

Someone uprooted and damaged a sign on the 7900 block of Janes Avenue. The incident was reported at about 8:26 a.m.

Pump and Run

Someone at about 8:15 a.m. pumped $98.58 worth of gasoline without paying for it on the 2400 block of 63rd Street.
