Village to hold blood drive July 21

A blood drive to support patients in need of a transfusion will be held by the Village of Woodridge from 2 to 6 p.m. July 21 at Village Hall.

Donors will make their contribution in the foyer of Village Hall. The Village suggests people interested make a reservation with Tina Nakutis (tnakutis@vil.woodridge.il.us or (630) 719-4717). A photo identification is necessary when making a donation.

“If you are able to, please donate blood and share the gift of life,” the village said on its website. “Donations help support veteran’s hospitals that serve those in our community.”
