Woodridge Cops To Host Open House During National Night Out
The August 6 event will give residents a behind-the-scenes look at the Woodridge Police Department.
WOODRIDGE, IL — The Woodridge Police Department is gearing up to host an open house for the 2019 National Night Out. At the Aug. 6 event, which encourages community members to get to know one another and local law enforcement, visitors can tour the police station, learn how fingerprinting works, and see a squad car demonstration.
With National Night Out comes a number of local block parties for residents who want to socialize. Police officers will also drive squad cars out to your block party for a demonstration if you fill out an application ahead of time.
