Reopening Illinois: 6 Things To Know
Woodridge Mayor Gina Cunningham said in a statement,
"The health and safety of Woodridge residents and visitors is our top priority, and public health experts say the best way for all of us to stay healthy right now is to be physically apart. Last year we enjoyed a spectacular fireworks show to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the founding of Woodridge. The Woodridge Special Events Committee always hosts a wonderful community picnic that’s fun for the whole family. Canceling these fun-filled events is extraordinarily difficult. We look forward to the future when we celebrate safely the traditions that help make Woodridge such a wonderful community."
